The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) plays an integral role in the University’s plan for academic excellence by providing quality student support services and programs. The mission of the CTL is to positively impact the teaching and learning process through the design and delivery of academic support services.
Mathematics Technology Learning Center
The Mathematics Technology Learning Center is a state-of-the-art learning facility that provides one-on-one student/instructor assistance with math courses. Students choose their study hours, they can complete their math courses early, and they can spend more time on difficult sections of material and less time on easier sections to fit their individual needs.
Writing Center
The Writing Center offers skilled assistance to students of all levels by providing free one-on-one assistance to supplement classroom instruction. It helps students with all aspects of writing from brainstorming to editing. It also serves to help students who speak English as a second language to develop their English skills.
